As a part of all the levels of Protect & Grow, we offer our clients unlimited access to our Helpdesk.
Most IT issues can be fixed by remotely connecting to your computer. The exceptions are when the computer is not turning on, hardware faults, and internet access issues. In those situations, we can either perform the work on-site (free of charge for companies on Protect & Grow Plus and Protect & Grow Premium that are based within 10 miles from us), or you can bring your computer to our office.
If you are experiencing technical difficulties…
…email us or call us on 0117 369 4335 to open a ticket. After you log in an issue, a ticket is opened and a technician is assigned to your case. The ticket allows you to communicate with your Geek and us to track what has been done so far to resolve your issue.
Most issues can be resolved remotely. In a rare occasion that this is impossible, an alternative solution will be offered. Please bear in mind that on-site visits are free for the businesses on Protect & Grow Plus or Premium that are based within 10 miles from Dial A Geek’s office.

What is remote IT support?
Remote IT support enables us to fix most IT issues by connecting remotely to your computer. It means we can access your computers to provide maintenance and support without being physically in the room with you. Once connected, we take control of the computer we’re servicing and perform whatever task is needed, such as installing updates or troubleshooting issues. We can fix most IT issues by remote connection apart from the exception of a computer not turning on, hardware faults and internet access issues. In these cases, we can either perform the work on site, or you can bring your computer to us.
