Meet Syed – the newest addition to our team. Syed had just started his role as a 1st Line Business Support Technician on an apprenticeship program – he may be 1st line, but he is the 5th apprentice in Dial A Geek’s history!
Syed’s responsibilities include device setups, assisting senior Geeks with their tickets and projects, and resolving simple helpdesk issues (although this will change as he learns more about IT and is ready to take on more complicated tickets!).
We’re sure you will be hearing from him very soon, at least if you’re one of our clients – so you’ll get to professionally meet him soon – but for now, here’s what we really want to know – the things that make Syed Syed.

We asked Syed what his favourite travel destination was so far:
Saudi Arabia- being surrounded by people who all share the same religion as you is surreal, the environment is so uplifting and peaceful. It feels that everyone there has the same goals.
What are you hoping to achieve while working for Dial A Geek?
As an apprentice I want to learn more about the growing IT industry whilst applying that knowledge in a practical environment. I also want to advance roles until I become integral to the company (and to complete my apprenticeship, obviously!).
