IT support plan for Teams of 25+

You’ll be assigned a dedicated account manager who’ll coordinate your IT needs, and naturally, we’ll be there for you with unlimited remote support during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). To help you make the most of your managed IT support plan, we’ll set aside up to four hours for an onsite visit every month and as with our other packages, you’ll be able to book same day or next day phone appointments with our business support specialists.

We’ll carry out an initial full system audit complete with documentation, and you’ll also benefit from PC health checks every six months.
