They are very efficient

Great service from Dial a Geek. Fast appointment made, and I think it is very reasonably priced for a PC help service that comes to your home. They are very efficient, knowledgable and were happy to add some software I had had trouble installing after they had sorted out other problems. I would really recommend them, it’s great to have our PC working well at last.

We were thoroughly impressed

Dial a Geek responded immediately to our network problem as it was causing us a massive hold up at work.  Someone was with us within a couple of hours and stayed until all avenues were investigated and the problem rectified.  He even had relevant testing hardware and spare cables which we needed to get round the problem without having to go out and purchase them for us and do a return visit.  We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be using you for any future issues and new installations.

Best IT support I’ve ever had

I was recommended Dial a Geek by a friend and have to say they provided the best IT support I’ve ever had.  I heavily rely on my laptop which was failing to boot up.  Facing a data recovery situation, Richard the technician fixed the problem within 24hrs for a good price. I was mightily relieved and highly recommend them.  Ten out of ten.

Dial-a-geek were brilliant

Dial-a-geek were brilliant. They suggested and explained different options to solve our many IT problems taking into account our limited budget and how we work. A really clear quote was sent through and all questions were answered in a simple and helpful way. The actual work was completed quickly and even better everything worked perfectly right from the start. The very few queries I had after were answered really quickly. Great service, will recommend to other small charities.
