Thoroughly helpful and professional

Ben arrived before the allotted time and calmly, as well as humorously, sorted out my Mac problems.
He was thoroughly helpful and professional without ever “talking down” at any point.
In terms of computer literacy, I’m completely on the Stone-Age spectrum, so his unflappable skills were greatly appreciated.
Would most certainly recommend him and will use your team again.

Very happy with Ben’s visit

I was very happy with Ben’s visit. He sorted out the main problem of the missing mouse pointer and also clarified four or five other problems I had.

A big thank-you

A big thank you to everyone at Dial a Geek. Very friendly, efficient service from the office and from Ben who came out to help me. Being a pensioner I’m a bit paranoid to say the least about ‘something’ getting into my computer. Ben checked and fixed everything, was able to reassure me and didn’t once make me feel stupid. Thanks once again

A belated note of thanks

Just a belated note of thanks following Ben’s visit to me last Monday. I had all sorts of problems, large and small, and was very impressed in the manner in which Ben quietly set to and sorted me out. He was never at any time the slightest bit condescending to a geriatric computer halfwit, and very patient with the basic questions I put to him. My Mac is now running well, although it is probably only a matter of time before I manage to mess it up again. When that happens I shall be back to you again to request Ben’s services. Thank you again
