Very happy with the service

I was very happy with the service. Mike arrived at the time arranged save for a few minutes for which he had ‘phoned to explain that he was held in traffic. He dealt very courteously and efficiently with the problem and put in place something that should overcome it happening again.

Mike was skilled in overcoming any problems

I have used Dial a Geek’s services before and have recommended them to friends. This time my new iMac computer was quickly and efficiently set up and the data from my old pc was transferred over. Mike was skilled in overcoming any problems and was able to clearly show me the basics of using my new pc. I am very happy with the service that DaG provided and it was at a reasonable cost.

I really couldn’t have hoped for a better service

I found DialaGeek through google and was initially really impressed with the friendly, positive and straightforward conversations arranging an appointment on the same day. Ben sorted out two PC problems easily and explained what he was doing, was helpful and I really couldn’t have hoped for a better service. I am blind and use a screen-reader programme, often IT people are phased by this and either treat it as a problem and the ‘obvious’ cause of anything wrong, or they make out that they know everything about the application… I had none of this, and that was a relief. I will use your services whenever I need PC or website help.

It was somewhat miraculous

Ben was very helpful, and neither too Techy or Patronising or even Tetchy which was what I intially read Techy as. Given I and my Wife’s sub primary school level of computor operating skills, it was somewhat miraculous that he remained patient thoughout his ordeal. Also the computer has been singularly well behaved since his visit, many thanks.
