Very thorough and did the work causing minimal disruption.

We are great when it comes to caring for people, but when it comes to IT I can only describe our knowledge as poor! After a number of IT issues, we called Dial a Geek and Edoardo came out to our small but busy office. He was really patient with me, very thorough and did the work causing minimal disruption. Edoardo was able to help us at very short notice.

We would like to thank Edoardo for sorting out my daughter’s computer at short notice as she needed to take it with her to university.  It had passed a full diagnostic test in a well know retail store but still had glitches and they suggested reinstalling windows 7.  We did not have our original disc but Edoardo was able to help us at very short notice. He also identified that there seemed to be a problem with the graphics card and we have been able to use the second output socket and so far so good.  No more blue screen of death! We expect to use you again.

We need our hub here in Bristol to be efficient and work perfectly at speed. And it does.

The team at Dial a geek have been fabulous. Warm, professional, and helpful talking us through and undertaking the purchase and set up or a suite of new computers, an office move, and a host of other IT updates. Thank you to all the team at dial a geek. As a fast paced National charity, who are delivering large scale science projects to hundreds of thousands of school children and adults through our 60 member science centres across the UK, we need our hub here in Bristol to be efficient and work perfectly at speed. And it  does. We are soon to be delivering a National Astronaut Programme to 250,000 people (families and schools) across the UK celebrating the UK’s very first astronaut going into space in December 2015, and your IT support has helped us do this.
