Dial a Geek’s patience is exemplary.

Without  Dial a Geek, I would long ago have taken an axe to my computer and retired from the fray. I work from home, and use my computer a lot but have no natural affinity with it. Things seem to go wrong a lot. [Dial a Geek’s] patience is exemplary, from the first panic-stricken phone call (“er…I seem to have managed to delete my whole inbox…”) to the polite farewell as they sort out yet another potential  disaster. I can’t imagine how I would manage without them.

You put some faith back into computer technicians.

The support provided from initial call to fixing the problem was excellent. Useful and concise feedback was provided when I made the initial call and the technician doing the work called promptly as agreed, explained everything in an accessible way and fixed the issues I had been grappling with for over one month. Over a week later, all is still working well and I am thinking about signing up for a support package. Huge thanks, you put some faith back into computer technicians and have provided accessible support.

First class Desktop Support support to our 40+ team.

Gildas and the team at Dial a Geek have provided first class Desktop Support support to our 40+ team of specialised recruitment consultants. We have four sites based across the country and this hasn’t proved to be a problem at all with support provided remotely. In addition to Desktop Support they also provide consultancy, to this end, they are currently rolling out a cloud-based storage system to enable us to work more collaboratively across the sites. A really easy business to recommend.
