The Harbour is a Bristol-based charity providing bereavement counselling. Dial a Geek provide us with IT support for our various digital products and we are very happy with the service. Mostly this is our Microsoft 365 intranet, however it ranges out of that area as needed.
We recently moved our website from one web host to another and Dial A Geek helped with with our DNS records which hadn’t transferred properly, and an emergent issue of our contact form not sending mail to our organisational address.
