Introduction & Background
QLM Technology is a Bristol-based engineering company developing technologies necessary for gas leak detections. They first came to Dial A Geek in 2020, looking for a fix to an email-related issue.
As a growing company, QLM needed to find the best way to manage their infrastructure and find the best way of working for their remote staff. After a positive first experience, they decided to do further work with the Geeks.
Everyone at QLM liked the possibilities that came with Microsoft Teams, so in order to make the most out of the platform and its integrations, Dial A Geek migrated QLM to Microsoft 365, complete with setting up backup and baseline security features. Thank to Dial A Geek’s effective project management, the migration of 9 users went very smoothly with little interruption to the business and nearly no downtime caused in the process. QLM Technologies can now easily manage all their business communications and collaborations within one platform.
