Desk Lodge has one of its two branches in Bristol, providing private offices, hot desks and meeting spaces to a variety of Bristol business tenants.

When they first contacted Dial A Geek, the front of house staff had little IT expertise.  Desk Lodge wanted to improve the experience of their tenants when they, in turn, had IT support needs. With Dial A Geek on call, Desk Lodge tenants could be pointed towards a known local IT support company who understood the whole office setup.

Desklodge provide a mix of wireless and wired networking to their Tenants, via a cloud controlled wireless system. With systems like this you get issues you can’t resolve remotely and when an issue arrived involving possible malicious access points appearing on the network, Dial A Geek was able to identify the problem and resolve it, in conjunction with members of the Desk Lodge staff.
