Introduction & Background

Hunter Selection is a recruitment company specialising in the engineering industry, with regional offices across England and Wales.
The company came to Dial A Geek for ad hoc support while still under a support contract with another IT company. Their main concern was the email system not being responsive and reliable.

Hunter Selection’s emails were hosted by a third party Managed Service Provider on that MSP’s on-site Exchange server. As their IT Support wasn’t great, eventually, they decided to make the move across to Dial A Geek.

 

Proposed Solution

Dial A Geek reviewed the IT setup for the company and decided to plan an email migration to Office 365 as well as deploying Dropbox amongst all computers to increase productivity.

Needless to say, the results of the project have been massively appreciated by the company. Experiencing fewer email issues, faster communications and a centralised file solution that improved staff productivity and therefore increased revenue.
