We have used the services of Gildas Jones on 2 occasions over the past 2 years.The first time was an emergency when our ageing computer crashed, causing me to lose a large number of examination reports.On contacting Gildas he was able to come out at our first convenient time and he miraculously found all my lost reports transferred them to a memory stick and replaced our hard drive.
When our computer finally died  18 months later , we went to Gildas for advice on a new system. I feel that by going to him we were able to obtain exactly what we wanted and were not pursuaded to buy a ‘package ‘with options that we didn’t need .We also asked him to set up the new system and transfer data from the old computer.Again excellent service and at the price quoted.
