1. Who are Dial A Geek?

Dial a Geek are a team of IT experts with over 30 years of combined experience. You can meet the team on our About Us page.

2. Where is the Dial a Geek office?

We are based in The Fire Station on York Road, BS3 4AL. You can find our full contact details on our Find Us page.

3. What are your opening hours?

We are open on weekdays from 9am to 5pm.

4. Do you offer out of hours support?

We offer pre-booked out of hours support, this service is available between 5:30pm and 10pm on weekdays.

5. How much do you charge?

Our prices start from £30 +VAT, read our Business Support Price Guide for more information.

6. Do you need to come to my office?

We can fix most problems remotely, the only exceptions are hardware repairs or upgrades, complete operating system re-installs, or when you cannot access the internet.

An example of a remote job: A computer in your office is running slowly and you think it may have a virus. As long as you can still access the internet we will be able to log in remotely and clean up the device.

An example of an in-office job: A computer in your office has completely crashed and can’t be switched on. It will need to be booked in to our office so we can find out what has gone wrong and replace any necessary parts.

An example of an office visit job: Your business has just moved to a new office and you need to set up 6 computers and boost the weak wifi signal.
